Kudos Digital Agency signs a contract to build an e-Commerce Store

January 21, 2016 - Kudos Digital Agency has signed a contract with a London based business house dealing in home furnishings and accessories. The scope of the contract is to design and develop the website of the home store and native mobile applications on the iOS and Android platforms.

As part of this deal Kudos will be doing the development of the Creatives of this website which will include the native PSD files as well as mock-ups that will sent to the home store for approval. The home store already has a well designed logo in 2 colours - grey and red and follows the branding guidelines that specify the procedure for creating graphics especially the type and size of fonts and pantone shades for colour. These branding guidelines would be made available to Kudos and Kudos will be doing the development of the Creatives on the basis of these guidelines.

Announcing this news to the Press the CEO of Kudos said "The acquisition of this client has been a major achievement for us. Although the home store already has a fully functional website, it is not well designed and is very old. Also it does not have the essential features and functionalities that are required for digital marketing. Our team has done an audit of the website and provided a set of recommendations that need to be carried out on the website in order to make it a CMS driven website. The team at Kudos has also done a study of the competitors of the home store to make sure that it is not missing out on any of the features and functionalities that are found on competitor sites.

The CEO further said "We have planned to build the store on Magento as it is one of the best platforms to build interactive scalable and robust web applications. We will integrate the web shop with the mobile applications that we are going to build on the iOS and Android platforms. At the moment we are busy in the process of requirements gathering and will start work as soon as the functional and technical specifications have been written down and are confirmed and approved by the home store.
