New Delhi, October 7, 2015: In complicated surgical procedures, Dr. Naimish N. Mehta and other thirty-four doctors have constructed liver inside the 46 year old patient by using lobes from two donors. Backed with years of experience, Dr. Naimish N. Mehta has conducted about 700 liver transplants.

A team of thirty-five doctors has been able to successfully treat a patient suffering from liver complications by transplanting newly constructed liver by using lobes from two different donors. With about 18 hours of hard work and surgical procedures, the Dr. Naimish N. Mehta and other thirty-four doctors have been able to successfully treat Mr. Sameer Mitra through complex and complicated liver transplantation procedures conducted at one of the leading hospitals in Delhi.

Due to the unavailability of the donor, Mr. Sameer Mitra could not undergo liver transplant with his weight more than 90 kg also added to complications. So by using lobes of two different donors, the liver was constructed in complex and complicated surgical procedures that took about 18 hours and a team of 35 doctors.
