New Delhi, India, June 30th 2012---AAIPS organized an enriching outstation LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (LDP), a 2-day workshop conducted in a lovely valley, located 30 kms beyond Jim Corbette National Park, Nainital.

The trip started from Siri Fort Auditorium at 9pm sharp on 20th June and ended 22nd June at 9pm sharp.61 participants of all the 10 batches actively
participated in this outdoor training program.

The outstation training schedule was very well organized and efficiently executed under the able leadership of Mr. Anurag Aggarwal, founder and trainer of
Anurag Aggarwal Institute of Public Speaking, a premiere institute of public speaking, personality development and presentation skills in North India. Mr. Aggarwal conducted his
first seminar on May 21st, 2000, in a small room at YMCA. After 12 years, the institute has, successfully, branched out in 10 centers throughout Delhi and
NCR with over 500 students and mostly engaging halls in five star hotels for its classes.

Two luxurious coaches were booked to commute the participants to Nainital. The luxury coaches provided ample space to conduct dance competitions and
various other indoor games competitions among the students, making the trip all the more enjoyable and fun filled. All the members of the trip lodged in a
luxuriant and a splendid resort among beautiful and expensive surroundings, 30kms above Jim Corbett National Park

The training halls were equally flamboyant and spacious.

The workshop began with an early morning session of Yoga and exercises, moving on to the hard core training on team building activities and developing
leadership qualities.

After a hard day's work throughout the mornings, the evenings comprised of various outdoor games and competitions based on team support and enhancing
leadership qualities which were full of fun and learning. Not to mention the guided tours of jungle safari.

All of the above activities were executed under the spectacular guidance of Mr. Anurag Aggarwal, himself and
all the members participated, wholeheartedly and enjoyed thoroughly, throughout the entire schedule of training and games. The hangover and nostalgia was
such that the trip became the most talked about topic on the FaceBook page of the institute and still continues to be the most talked about topic, till
date.

The trip was a successful combination of work and play, learning and pleasure as all other activities conducted by AAIPS.
