Each of the eco luxury hotel listings is selected on its environmental merits.
“We’re not interested in luxury hoteliers simply paying lip service to the cause, and we’re wary of “green washing” – hotels who claim they are “eco” simply because they serve fair trade coffee or use recycled toilet paper,” says Connolly.
