Patrick Ripkey Has a Golden Heart

There are many different volunteer organizations that look for both financial aid as well as people to do the volunteer work. More and more young people are being told how important it looks to both schools as well as businesses to have volunteer work on your resume. It shows not only an awareness of community, but tells something about a person’s character as well. The more people who are willing to get involved in their community, the healthier and happier the community as a whole becomes.

In his own way, Patrick Ripkey has contributed immensely to the community around him. One of Patrick Ripkey’s preferred sports is wrestling. Patrick Ripkey not only wrestled at Freedom High School in Tampa, Florida but spent two years as the wrestling team captain. This was not without hard work on Patrick Ripkey’s part. He had dedicated two weeks at J Robinson Intensive Wrestling Camp to develop his physical skills as well as mental motivational skills. Patrick Ripkey used not only his passion for wrestling, but he used the skills he had learned through his own wrestling experiences to help others in his community. He demonstrated his ability to not only to learn but to turn around and teach others when he volunteered as a youth wrestling assistant at his local YMCA.

Wrestling isn’t the only way Patrick Ripkey has shown his readiness to share himself with his community. He also cared for dogs for the K9’s for Veterans program where he had to clean out the dog kennels, would tend to the dogs needs for companionship and exercise, and feed the dogs. By helping care for the dogs, he was helping the veterans program and in return, the veterans themselves.

Patrick Ripkey is happy to speak with anyone interested in talking to him about the volunteer work he has performed in the past. He welcomes anyone who wishes to speak to him personally to call his phone number 813-629-0893. If you have any questions about the additional schooling he attended or the programs he was involved in then please let him know and he looks forward to continuing helping his community.
