During our engineer’s visit he will take exact measurements of your windows and doors on which the working diagrams will be produced. He will also be able to answer any questions you may have.

Following the visit the plans will be drawn up and the price confirmed. Providing your measurements and those of the engineer are within a 10% tolerance you will receive a phone call, normally with 24 hours of the visit, to ask if you want to go ahead with the order. At this stage, in line with other double glazing suppliers, we request a 50% deposit, paid over the phone by credit or debit card. There is then a 7 day cooling off period during which you can cancel the order and your 50% deposit, minus the £49, will be refunded.

The remaining 50%, minus the £49 paid earlier, will be due for payment on the final day of installation.

If there is a difference of more than 10% between the two sets of measurements we will re-calculate the price of the order and call you to advise of this. At this stage you will have the option to accept the new quotation or cancel the order.
