NexxtShow Improves Customer Service by Utilizing the Latest Texting and QR Code Technology

Known for their above-and-beyond service, NexxtShow is pleased to announce the success of their leading-edge Texting and QR Code Service, debuted at AudiologyNOW! 2012.

Avon, MA, May 31, 2012 -- NexxtShow brought a new level of customer service and technology to the AAA event by using a texting service with all exhibitors. To announce this new service, signs and flyers were placed throughout the venue. QR codes were incorporated enabling the exhibitors to quickly scan their personal exhibitor assistants contact information into their smartphone. They could then text from anywhere on the show floor and their service representative would visit their booth within minutes to address any needs.

Since most people are familiar with the texting process, this service was very well received by exhibitors. The NexxtShow team is committed to bringing personalized service out onto the show floor. The primary reason that we went with NexxtShow was because of the people. AudiologyNOW! took place March 28-31, 2012 in Boston, Massachusetts, at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC). The event is the worlds largest gathering of audiologists.
