In partnership with the Gulf Business Center w.l.l Qatar and Whitehats Computer Maintenance, the MOL sought a remote support tool that could handle their requirements for supporting employees both near and far. Not only did technicians need to support end-users in remote locations, they were also faced with remotely accessing and fixing a multitude of devices, ranging from desktops and laptops to printers and scanners. Security was also a top concern for the ministry. "Security is an utmost priority for the Ministry of Labor.
