There are many different components that can precipitate an individual’s path to success. Working hard and making the right connections are definitely two components that need to be nurtured in order for individuals to be successful. It is also very important to establish an Internet presence for one’s self and to network through many different social media outlets and sharing sites in order to increase the opportunity to make valuable and lasting connections which may result in increased opportunities. It is important to work hard in school and to obtain the knowledge necessary to launch one’s career.

However, there is also another aspect of success that is important to Thomas Fraiz. In our society, it is vitally important for citizens to care compassionately about his or her fellow man. People like Thomas Fraiz have an intimate understanding of this importance and they see the value in using their talents to benefit the needs of those who are less fortunate.

For example, while in high school student, Thomas Fraiz was a member of the Century Club, which required at least 100 hours of community service over the course of a high school career. Not only was service required, but it was service that necessitated stepping out of one’s comfort zone and working directly with the underprivileged. This experience made Thomas Fraiz deeply motivated to help the needy and left him with a new appreciation for compassion and service.

In addition to his time at the Century Club, Thomas Fraiz has also spent a considerable amount of time as a member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish National Honor Society, which require a certain amount of community service in order to maintain membership. It is important to keep service in mind when trying to pursue excellence; after all, there truly is no excellence where compassion cannot be found.

Having this commitment to compassion and service made Thomas Fraiz a force to be reckoned with in college and he continues his commitment to excellence in the modern day as a student at the University of Tampa. He is able to find success due to the size of his heart and the amount of attention he pays to people in need.

Make sure to do research on the many different kinds of service that can be completed. Success is not solely measured by the amount of neither dollars that one makes, nor how many rungs that were climbed on the corporate ladder. It is also by the depth of attention that you can give to a fellow man that needs a helping hand. People like Thomas Fraiz understand this intuitively and will work tirelessly to continue serving others and finding success at the same time.
