This year marks the 18th anniversary of the opening of Europe Emirates Consultancy. The firm was created by Adrian Oton, who serves as the company's Senior Partner, along with other dedicated professionals. Adrian Oton had no idea the company would be as successful as it has come to be, and he's proud to celebrate this important anniversary with all of his colleagues.
According to Adrian Oton
, Europe Emirates Consultancy didn't have a very auspicious beginning. "Initially, I wanted to create a company that would cover operating expenses," he says. "I didn't have a strategy or a business plan or any sort of real idea about what we would do. The only thing I did have nailed down was the name of the company, and the rest of the planning seemed to flow from that name."
Over time, Adrian Oton
determined that the company should provide a whole range of services that would make it easier for businesses to begin working within the Middle East. Almost every hurdle to that progress would be included within the services provided by Europe Emirates Consultancy.
"We bridge the cultural areas that we work in and provide an ever-familiar European service standard to our operations in the Middle East," he says. "The secret to our success is our service. We provide the best customer service and the best business experience around, and we do all that at a reasonable price."
Pricing has always been an important issue for Adrian Oton
and he watches over those issues quite carefully.
"We don't provide a so-called 'luxury service' at an exorbitant pricing," he says. "Instead, we provide a premium service at reasonable prices. That being said, when our clients describe what we do, they often say we provide service that is equal to, or even better than, firms that claim to provide luxury services."
This emphasis on price, customer service and quality is what has allowed Europe Emirates Consultancy to succeed for 18 years, Adrian Oton says, and he expects the trend to continue.
"We are achieving amazing success with our company, and our market share is continuing to grow," he says. "I see no reason why that will change in the future."
