30 March, 2012 Boat rentals at Hartwell Marina provide easy and convenient access to water recreation on Hartwell Lake, one of the most popular lakes in the Southeast. The Marina announces its new boat rental service just in time for the spring and summer high season, when more than nine million visitors are expected to visit the lake.

Boats available for rent are new 24-foot 2012 Hampton pontoon boats, powered by 115 horsepower Mercury FourStroke outboards, which are known for their quiet performance and fuel efficiency. Each boat is supplied with all the necessary safety equipment, including life jackets, a throw cushion, an anchor, a map and dock lines. Rental rates start at $240 per day. With a daily boat rental, a party of up to 10 people can enjoy a fun-filled day on the lake.

Reservations of boat rentals require a $150 deposit, and major credit cards are accepted at Hartwell Marina.
