In late January this year St Lucian contractor Vince Louis met with Ciaran and the planning team to provide local expertise on building the luxurious Beach Front Villas in the Carribean.

Project Manager for CMG Don Higgins commented that “Due to the nature of the Islands the villas will be built to specific standards and engineering designed to accommodate the Climate in the Caribbean.”

Ciaran Maguire added “ We have a specific design from our engineers report that will meet the standards required for the build to achieve AA 5 star status.”
