Windows 7 Theme Manager 2.03 contains major improvement over the older server. It now provides the users with free access to over 2000 Windows 7 premium themes. These themes can be installed with just “One Click”. This version also enables the user to manage themes better in Windows 7.

If you have worked with Windows 7 lately then you may be familiar with the Windows 7 themes management function.
