Feldman, CEO of Houston-based Capstone Associated Services, Ltd., is a guest lecturer at the University of Delaware's inaugural Captive Insurance Risk Management Certificate Program, April 18-June 6, 2012. The Captive Insurance Risk Management Certificate Program is a collaborative project of the State of Delaware's Department of Insurance and the University of Delaware.

One of the country's leading experts on captive insurance planning and management, Feldman will teach an in-depth class module entitled, "Insurance, Reinsurance and Other Contracts," in Wilmington at the University's Goodstay Campus. The certification program is designed for financial and insurance service professionals throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

Delaware is a top 10 U.S. domicile for captive insurance company formations, having breached the 100 captive mark in 2011, with most new formations being formed for middle market businesses.
