April 26, 2012 - Maine Golf & Tennis Academy in Belgrade, Maine will be part of the nations biggest tennis event July 26-29 that will involve.
Tournament participants hitting countless tennis balls, according to Chris Langdon, Director of Tennis at the Maine Golf and Tennis Academy.
The 1st annual MGTA Junior Tennis Championships program is sponsored by the MGTA, USTA and Head Penn Racquet Sports.
The USTA Tournament will be July 27-29 but on the 26th we will have a free Tennis Clinic, with Instruction by our MGTA Tennis professionals on World Class Tennis Development. The 4 areas that we focus on: Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological. We will also have as part of our fun day of Tennis open to all participants is a Tennis Carnival, hit for prizes and a seminar for the parents on Junior Tennis Parenting Workshop with Division 1, NCAA Head Tennis Coach, Chris Langdon.
This seminar will help you to be more educated on how to help your kids to be better Tennis Players plus How to get a College Tennis Scholarship. The Fun day of Tennis for all participants and parents start at 2:00 on Thursday, July 26.
