Rockville Centre, NY 23 April 2012 :- Just last week, olympic athlete trainer Jude Massillion introduced his new track club. With over 70 members already, it seems as though he has done it again in creating another successful sport team. With practices three days a week and competitions just around the corner, it appears as though this is the team to be on.

With 15 years of professional training experience, Jude understands the http://sportsperformancegroup.com/track-club/ physical requirements of competing at the highest level. He has used this experience to develop strategies that teach other athletes how to enhance their performance and reach their full potential. Throughout his Track career, Jude was known for his speed and saw first hand the benefits of being faster and more agile than his opponents. It is his desire to help other athletes improve upon their own natural abilities so they too can experience this type of advantage over their opponents.
