Mr. Ripal Vyas debunked some of the myths as well as notions and conveyed a positive message with his presentation on the latest technological breakthroughs in artificial intelligence from DeepMind to Watson and the debates going on amongst the likes of Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk and others. Some of the notable AI mishaps were also showcased, highlighting the need for awareness around the subject of Artificial Intelligence.

The event ended on a high note, with the audience raising interesting questions such as the possibility of a technological singularity, something that detractors have been talking about since decades. While it is something that needs deliberation, singularity in the dystopic sense is a far-reaching possibility, at least as of now, which is why we should be having such discussions, debates and engagements.
