CBU Online Staff Member Awarded by Blackboard Inc

The renowned local online college, California Baptist University Division of Online and Professional Studies (CBU Online) is proud to announce that one of its faculty members, Dr. Torria Davis, an instructional designer, has been awarded the 2016 Exemplary Course Award by the Blackboard Exemplary Course Awards for her continued commitment to excellence in the realm of online education.

Blackboard recognizes Dr. Davis? talents and contribution to the world of online education by way of her course design for Educational Computing Level 1, and first announced the award on December 21st, 2016. Davis, a long-time veteran in the field of education, was evaluated for her instructional design on the basis of the course structure, instructional strategies, and total learning objectives. Blackboard bestows awards upon courses that do a phenomenal job of instructing teachers how best to imbibe knowledge upon their students by way of online education tools.
