Hyderabad,Hosted at the Lounge Bar at Ista Hyderabad, the 12 day long Sushi with Wine event will be on from 18th till the 29th of August 2010. This special pairing event will be initiated at 2 convenient timings, i.e., from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. This Japanese-inspired cuisine at Ista is specially designed by its in-house specialty Japanese Chef Jerry and will be assisted under the able guidance of Istas Executive Chef, Mr. Amit Wadhawan.

The Sushi with Wine pairing event at Ista is an elemental union of sea and earth and lays emphasis on tasting and experimentation with Sushi with Wine pairings prepared to provide a more refreshing, light and sophisticated experience. Specially designed in house, the pairing conveys the true marriage of the tastes while harmonizing the spiciness of the Sushi with the tannins of the Wine to bring out the most exotic dish and keep the palette tingling all throughout the day.

2. Non-Vegetarian Sushi Maki Roll that has Prawn Tempura and Kampyou, Norwegian smoked salmon and mayonnaise, Crab stick, cucumber and Kampyou priced attractively at Rs. 750/- plus taxes.
