The IndiaKhelo team believes healthy competition between children will be channelized through this tournament to not only increase awareness about fitness related issues but also improve the overall fitness levels of children.

IndiaKhelo would be using the tests prescribed from their FitnessAIR system to evaluate overall fitness levels of children in this age group. The tests include aerobic capacity, strength, agility, speed, flexibility and hand-eye coordination. A free body composition analysis will also be done for all children. A fitness report card will be given to all children to help them individually evaluate their performances and exercise and diet recommendations are also given to help them improve their scores across all fitness parameters.
