Joshua Kerrigan opened Yacht Management, Inc., 10 years ago and he's been amazed at the company's rapid growth. "There are many companies in Florida that provide yacht management," Joshua Kerrigan says. "The industry is actually pretty crowded. But I have a loyal base of clients that really appreciate the work my company does, and we seem to have no trouble at all in finding new clients and retaining those clients for years."

This loyalty is due, in part, to Joshua Kerrigan's yacht management pricing approach. "Instead of forcing people into a specific type of service contract, I let them set the pace and tell me what sorts of things they want and how often they want them," Joshua Kerrigan says. "I try to give my clients some control in the process, and I know a lot of my competitors don't do this."

I don't mind getting my hands dirty from time to time, as long as it helps a client."
